Our mission is to educate, motivate and safely direct individuals toward fitness goals that will enhance thier quality of life. All clients engaging in exercise at Premier are directed one on one by a team of professional trainers who are fully informed of the clients abilities, limitations, goals and special needs. We strive to create an environment that encourages open communication between client and trainer thus allowing each client to assume as much responsibility for her/his own fitness/well being as possible.
